The customer must also confirm this anomaly by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier within two working days following the date of delivery. The customer must simultaneously send a copy of this letter (with the original “spoliation report” if applicable) by mail to : Le Château Liot, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release the Château Liot from any responsibility towards the consumer. Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned within 8 working days following the reception of the agreement of return to the Château Liot in its entirety and in its original packaging in perfect condition, by Colissimo with insurance covering the market value of the returned products, at the following address Le Château Liot xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. In all cases, the return is made at the consumer’s risk. Château Liot recommends that the consumer return the products by colissimo with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of the goods. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
